At Flybrid Systems we pride ourselves on being a great company to work for.

The challenge of developing truly new things that have not been done before is fantastic and all of our engineers get the chance to stamp their own mark on the final product. We work flexibly, with most employees working on a range of projects and we like multi-skilled people who can do at least two jobs. As we grow larger we will need more formal systems and procedures but we never want to forget the motorsport background we came from where speed and flexibility is everything. At Flybrid getting the product right and being on time is much more important than making short term profits.

Flybrid Systems has established itself as the world leader in mechanical high-speed flywheel based hybrid systems and new projects are being added to our workload all the time. These are always in addition to our existing jobs with OEM carmakers like Jaguar Cars and for this reason we expect to grow significantly over the next few years.

Please state your salary expectations in any application. You will find that working at Flybrid Systems is a rewarding experience that counts for much more than money and don’t take this to mean that the pay is poor (it isn’t) but if you currently work for a Formula One team we are unlikely to match your current salary.

Working for Flybrid Systems does give you an opportunity to be in at the start of something really big. We expect to grow hugely in the next few years to deliver our product into mass production and this should create opportunities at all levels with the key beneficiaries likely to be those who have influenced our growth the most.
